At Sathyaprema, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality of spiritual guidance, astrology consultations, and traditional ritual services. We approach our work with deep respect, integrity, and spiritual devotion. If for any reason we feel we are unable to meet your specific expectations or align with your requirements, we reserve the right to issue a full refund of the service amount paid.

We strive to ensure that every consultation and ritual delivers maximum positive impact. All timing (muhurtha) decisions and ritual alignments are chosen with great care based on classical Vedic principles and fully explained to you in advance. If you decide not to proceed with a service due to disagreements on Muhurtha selection or alignment, a full refund will be issued prior to the start of the service.

For completed rituals and consultations, feedback and satisfaction requests should be submitted within 48 hours of service delivery or receipt of ritual materials/videos. Sathyaprema will review all feedback with fairness and sincerity. Please note that refunds cannot be initiated once a ritual is fully performed and the custom deliverables have been provided, unless a major deviation from the agreed service occurred.

Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed homam or pooja, please notify us at least 6 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 6 hours prior to the service may be subject to rescheduling, with dates, times, and priests adjusted at Sathyaprema's discretion to accommodate the preparatory materials already procured.
