If you want to work with women in spiritual dimension, then the way you treat a women is how the sadhana will go. I have seen some people saying that a woman is root of evil and temptation. In my spiritual experience I see the women who can lift the energy. Women are called shakthis because they emit energy. When ever a women or man try to look at each other, the circuit of life gets completed. They immediately get a down load of divine energy. The best way to treat a woman is consider lower than herself. Now many men who are not sadhak do not have this attitude. They think they are superior to women etc. Secondly try to make women happy and it is very difficult. Normally women only will make a man happy. Does it reverse and see how you can please and make them happy. Women are sensitive to words. Using words in front of women is a great sadhana. Whenever she feels overwhelmed they will try to please you. Just say “please bless me for this desire or help me to fulfil this desire”. And vow! This state is equivalent to parahamsa’s blessing. Many men in presence of women go bonkers. Either they are sexual or aggressive or out of focus and do crazy things. A great mediator lift the energy into crown chakra and you will see immediately women as goddess. Of course for this avarana to break, one needs to be very open and prayerful. Many men fight with women, abuse them verbally, call them stupid and exactly they see women like that. How you see a woman is how you see the Maya. I met a man who was 44 and does not have a proper job and was getting to become a priest. I told him “you must be abusing your wife and children”. The women will give the energy. Women is power house of energy . Women cannot be controlled but they can be contained. A woman told me that normal men want to control shakthi and it is great meditator who is like shiva or vishnu can contain women a women energy will flow like lakshmi, sarswathi or durga. A woman is a river of love. One needs to be a sagar or ocean to hold the ganga. My teacher kirtie deshika said but then men need to be low like the ocean. If one knows how to use this energy for spiritual practise then it is vow stuff. Women try to seek one in every thing. They love a man and try to see every thing in that man.
