Many people read techniques from the books and find it is not working. They do not have experiences as described by the scriptures. For example take the famous techniques of advitha prescribed ramana maharishi who I am? Even personally I found it that is does not work so well. The reason is that it has to come from a living guru. When some one practices a technique, there are levels of breaking one has to do. Astral beings would have locked the techniques so that there will be problems, obstacles and difficulties. Then the mass consciousness lock- humanity is far behind in these matters of spirituality and one can not market it or make name out of it. A code of secrecy has to be maintained.
