WHY THE ADVITHAINS
FAILS
Any way one of the main reason why adviathian’s have problem is that they believe just awareness is sufficient and there is no need of any rituals or practices. This is very true for spiritual genius like ramana maharishi, for ordinary man he requires practice of japa. I asked swami shantanada of vasiata guha who said very beautifully “japa purifies the mind. Keep on doing japa everything will unfold itself”. This is very true. For example many of us do not have awareness of death because our awareness level is very small. Great saints had awareness of death and yet operated in life like a wizard. This is called as mrityu siddhies. The great guru padmasambhava says “unless you take death in perspective your sadhana is dull “. Very true if we take death in perspective then sadhana becomes very intense The samasara has different shades and grades of suffering. Even to have awareness of it and treat it differently requires japa. I found in my experience that all noble truths and wisdom unfolds in itself if we are sincere in our practice. My teacher sensei kirtie said very clearly “I have grace of my guru and have an ista devata. What else is needed for a human”. He was talking of live guru. People have guru who are not alive or active or whom they do not meet regularly. How can it help them? The guru will induce churning; break our notion, ideas, concepts and understanding. Many people find this very uncomfortable. J Krishna moorthy the famous adviatha teacher did much damage by saying no one needs any guru. A well connected guru with huge amount of divine energy, coming from a live spiritual lineage can lift some one’s energy very fast. It is a fast track method. There fore to deny or condemn guru shows high level of immaturity. When one does not have guru in spiritual life he is a spiritual orphan. Just like how having a parents helps in many way for the children. Having a guru has great spiritual advantages. The second problem is no guru at all. Finally I met swami anatha chaitnaya who said those famous adviathan gurus are not good teachers. Some one can play the game very well and yet need not be a good coach. This is very true of bhagwan ramana he said. Looks shocking. Actually I found that people who under went courses in adviatha philosophy are much better than who have read books. We see the 4 levels of reality First is physical reality Second is the quality. Third level is the energy Fourth level is the consciousness. I made one of my student to look at this way. She could find shift in consciousness very easily. adviathians emphasizes the consciousness part of it with out stressing other 3 parts that is why many of them do not have holistic and complete understanding My teacher said mantra works on the astral body or linga sharia or suksmsa sharia and the beeja mantra works on the causal body or on karna sharia. Such level of profound insight can be learnt only from a feet of holy master Next time if you meet an advithian ask them if they have any spiritual practice, living guru and some kind of conduct practice. If they do not have then remember there are lost in spiritual myriad and are not even aware they have lost. I dedicate the merit to my teacher’s long life and birth of son in my lineage.
