My predictions are as follows.

Australia will reach the finals.
Though this world cup is cup of surprises, Australia will win.
Other teams would play well but then Australia for their sheer mastery of the game in all around department is the best.
They will set a new world record.

The greatest question in every cricket fan’s mind is “who is going to win the world cup”? Many people started their world cup viewing with a favorite team in mind which gets switched over after the team loses. For example Indian or the Pakistanis fan will keep their home team as favorite. Once this team loses the match and out of the top 8 they switch over the side.

Many people don’t want to choose Australia because they are very good. Hearts of heart many fans hope some under dog to win the world cup. They do not want Australia to win except the people of Australia.

The second possibility is srilanka, England, New Zealand, West Indies and South Africa. The possibility of west Indies being out the tournament narrows down. The team of Bangladesh and Ireland will be too happy even they are to reach finals and many of the fans will be too optimistic for these teams winning.
