Many books are written about creative visualisation. They are needed for the human growth. In fact certain schools and teachers in the west believe people become what they visualise. This is true to certain extent. There are other facets which we will explore in depth that will help people in meditation.
Most people’s visual cortex is not under their control. People are controlled by their imagination than they controlling their imagination. To an extent educated people can control their visualisation better than the others.
Secondly in the visualisation process, most pictures which come into the mind are vague, unclear, non-holistic and missing in details.
Thirdly people can not visualise for a long period of time. At the most people can hold 5 minutes of visualisation. That is all.
Sequential or step by step visualisation is missing for people.
People visualise in extremes. Either the visualisation is too good or too bad. For most people it is well beyond their expectation or well below their imagination.

Mind set is the freezing of visualisation. The images and pictures freeze in the mind and we go on repeating it. Without mind block only one can have holistic view of the situation. We see the partial picture not the full one if the mind is blocked.
vipraya means the mind goes into negative visualisation spin. Negative thinking mind goes into cycles and in negative spin.
The indian rishi’s found some thing amazing. If the mind energy is raised to higher dimension through ritual prayer or chanting the visualisation happens naturally. One need not try to visualise. It will just happen. One becomes billionaire by giving and not by visualisation alone.
