There are two levels of doing it. When a teacher is speaking on divine laws following are needed. Be receptive. Do not allow the mind to get distracted. Secondly when you leave thank the teacher Mentally go home and thank the teacher for sharing the knowledge Do the contemplation of what he has said Share it with people and tell them “this is what my teacher said”. Now some people can be open and some can be closed. Just go on sharing. Every time you share, your energy will expand and understanding will also expand. Pay your teacher well and treat him with respect. Some time energy is not equivalent. People cannot understand or connect with the teacher. Then life will resonate with experience. If the teacher’s words are alive then it will have profound impact on life. What he says, life will reflect as situations which will solidify the experience. Now there are people who are close to you will not appreciate these kinds of thoughts or experiences. They will be contradictory and have lower field values like for example they might think that by holding one gets more money. By not saying thanks the other person will never come to know the impact. to do for that One can look at the soul or soul star and chant. Normally there is conflict between meditators and there family. There is energy gap. If one meditates regularly, one will see change in the food habits, in relationship with friends, relatives and family. One’s own energy will expand. This will lead to change in speech, habits and attitudes which will normally lead to conflicts and psychic warfare The best way to solve this is to pray or chant for the spiritual growth. Normally everyone will be given field of growth and field of work. Field of growth is where you will be taught divine laws and higher growth principles. Field of work is where this understanding will be tested. Normally the field of work will be family or friends or work.
