days minimum to recover that too in bike.

Boasting about sadhana unless you
stop and apologize.

Picking up fight with other people -
will take minimum seven days. First three days sadhana will be
diffcult due to other person’s negative thought pattern about us.

Moving with people who are
alcoholic- next three sessions will be difficult.

Fighting with parents and spouse -
next session will be difficult unless internally healing and
forgiveness should take place .

Television is one of the fastest way
to screw up one’s mind. One movie will take two days to digest.

Talking ill of saints of any order -
will take long time to recover unless one changes one ways.

Talking ill of other person- your
own faults in meditation will not be clear. Sitting steady will be
difficult.

Preaching egoistically how other
person should live -you will behave opposite of what u preaches in
conduct within few days. If you are sensitive, you can see the
test appearing within 8 hours. You will get anger if you preach on
non anger and kindness. You will lie if you ask some one speak on
truth.

Not being grateful to god, rishis,
the great beings of light, parents, lineage and all people who
have helped in meditation- surely one will take long time to see
effects of meditation.

If you are not being thankful for
meditation then next session will be difficult.

Without washing feet entering in to
meditation –you will have negative energy coming in to the hall.
You will also take time to take off.

Having bath helps to meditate
easily. Beginning of day and end of day. Three times
visualizations.
