would get washed away due to tidal waves and tsunami. I asked them
why? They said one of the Pranic Healing Founding Guru Master Choa
had predicted that chennai will not exists in the map after some
years and even what kind of map will exists were sold out for a
price. These kinds of dooms day predictions have had many people
not buying lands and plot in old mahabalipuram road. First of all I will concentrate
on next 5 years. Chennai will exist and also property prices will go
up. It will be boom zoom and vroom. The south part of Chennai will
have more property prices shooting up than north Chennai. The east
coast road will be paved with gold.
The number of companies, malls, hyper marts shopping complex
will be large in number and modern in complexion. Property prices
will see a boom. Some one asked me, would then the beaches exist. My only
answer is mahabalipuram had existed for a long time and it will
continue to be so. The entire shopping areas in Chennai will shift
more towards the south. If you are a smart person you will know
where to invest the money and how to expand the business. The
property prices will still go up. Even diamonds will be less costly
