The state of Tamilnadu is doing well with political stability, financial growth and infrastructure development. Now with the dawn of 2008 everyone will be interested to know about the future of Tamilnadu.

Politics-The prime question in everyone’s mind is whether Karunanidhi will bat in politics considering his old age. The answer is yes and karunanidhi will continue to do well.

In Tamilnadu politics many politicians and political parties are entering the picture. There is PMK, vaiko, Vijay Kant and new entrant sarath kumar. Only vijayakant’s DMDK party will crave a niche of its own.

Economy will be good and Tamilnadu will be in top 4 among the Indian states. The IT sector, the textile industry will boom with initial hiccups due to devaluation of dollar.

Automobile and allied components will do well and this will have an impact ion the Tamilnadu’s industrial growth.

Rains will be good. And Thanjavur belt will have one problem or other. Government giving subsidy to the farmers will become a norm.

T.nagar will become the hub of jewellery stores and textile giants.

Tamilnadu’s entertainment industry viz., kollywood will do well. Many films having both the commercial and art aspects will gain popularity. It can be considered as the renaissance of Tamil film industry. Many multiplex theaters will come into fore in Tamilnadu and people’s response to these theatres will also be good.

so tamilnadu as a state will do well in 2008
