Meditation Can Be Classified As Follows

Meditation Stamina-

  • Doing It 5 Times a Day or 20 Hours.

  • Second Level Is 4 Times A Day Or 16 Hours.

  • Third Level Is 3 Times A Day Or 12 Hours.

  • Fourth Level Is 2 Times A Day Or 8 Hours.

  • Fifth Level Is Once A Day Or 4 Hours.

Meditation Session Is

  • 45 Minutes.

  • One Half Hour.

  • Three Hours

  • Four Hours

  • Maximum 6 Hours of Single Session.

Meditation Distraction

  • Distractions Due To Food.

  • Due to Sex

  • Due to Egoistic Speech of Running Down Tradition, Guru and Practice.

  • Condemning Other People Conduct.

  • Lack of Clarity on Purpose.

  • Lack of Practice.

Meditation Swings -

  • Can Be down Wards Slide like Coming Down From a Mountain - Every Day Meditation Become Worst.

  • Can Be Up Ward Like An Eagle Flight - Taking Of Higher And Higher.

  • Can Be Like Waves- Every Alternative Session Or Day Is Difficult.

  • Climbing Like Mountain - Slow Progress but Steady.

  • Volcanic Burst - Spurts U Do Well.

Emotional Level.

  • Negative Emotions.

  • Peacefulness Like A Calm Ocean.

  • Willing to Go Through Pain.

  • Feeling Positively Nervous.

  • Feeling With Gratefulness For Completion.

  • Offering Thanks For Divine.

  • Avoiding People Who Trigger It.

  • Getting Blessing Of People Who Have Mastered It.

  • Getting Blessing Of Guru.

  • Not Taking For Granted Till One Finishes.

  • Expecting Problems And Obstacles.

  • Guarding Niyama Like Eyes.

 

Meditation Will Follow Cycle Of View, Conduct And Practice.

Bhakthi , Karma, Gnana, Yoga Will Also Flow In Any Practise.

Path Can Be Clock Wise And Anti Clockwise.

Rupa, Arupa And Rupa arupa Will Also Follow.
