Some of them get paralyzed by doubt, fear and confusion. Some times due to the negative karma many people go in circle. What to do? Many times I have seen the same process or pattern getting repeated for many people in solving the problem and that is why this article is written. Prayer- whenever you have problem pray. This looks simple. Many a times we use all our will, might, intelligence, effort and then come to conclusion that we are limited and cannot solve it by our effort. Then we try to pray out of desperation. It does not really matter what ever is the problem. Just pray. Many people say we should not ask god of our desires. Forget it. He who created us also created our desires. All desire helps us to evolve. We need lot of understanding on this principle. Anyway learn to pray. How to pray – just put attention two inches above the head where the soul star is there. Automatically heart charka opens up. One cannot do this when one is not very sincere. To check whether your problem is sincere or not, try to put the attention to your soul star and pray. It will be difficult. Then pray as follows and one can also use one’s own words. You will see magically situations and people will ease up. Becoming clear of the desire – many people do not have mental clarity due to upbringing, habit ,age, lack of energy etc, that is ok. Become clear of the desire. Have desires which are neutral. If you want to get married or get a good job it is ok. Do not try to say that others should not get the job or should not get married. Do not indulge in gossiping, bitching and back biting of what you have no connection or control. Follow the niyama – most people have problem with their speech. Even I have it. Be careful. When you have problem do not hurt people. Do not insult and injure people. It will take longer time to clear it up. Hurting people closes the third eye. All pariharam is just to make your third eye open. Therefore do not hurt people unnecessarily in the name of telling truth or changing them. Tell the truth gently in face saving manner. The second niyama is to fulfill the desires of other people. Do not block other people’s desire. Many times people will say easily. Do what it takes to fulfill other person desires. The third niyama be grateful. Thank god for every thing. Even for the problem you thank. This way one comes out of the problem quicker, though ego does not accept it. The more you thank less problems you have.
Be truthful about the problem to people – when one is telling about one’s own problem one is telling to god. People fear that other people will laugh and think other person is negative. Remember when you are sincere in query at least one will help to solve the problem. Many times I have boldly stated the problems of mine and always found that many people are willing to help. That is why Christ says seek you shall find, knock it shall open and ask it will be given. When you confess limitation will become strength. When you confess inability will become limited. Listen to people and do what is obvious and the next step. When ever people have problems they do not listen to people who are very close to them. These close acquaintances and relatives will tell most of the time what to do. Secondly they do not do the action which will help then to proceed to next step. Someone tells you to light lamp simply do it. Just do the next step even if it is simple. Do what is obvious. Do not try to deny and procrastinate the problem. Many a times people try to act in denial or do what need to be done. Simply take heart medicine or ear medicine could have prevented many problems. Many people go to extreme before they take corrective measure. Take the case of terrorist in Pakistan. They are malaria fever. It not only affects the world but also Pakistan. The country is slowly and surely going in to economic ruin. Meet

problem. Your mind lightens up and you feel connected and life becomes
meaningful. My teacher says it as the radio being on. These stages will repeat again and again. Whole problem will go in cycles. Slowly step by step problems will disappear.
