Every one is doing sadhana whether some one likes it or not or believe it or not. It is very true. This is god’s world and every one is doing sadhana. Sadhana can be seen from soul level or personality level.
For example one man was struggling in debts. It is about the manifestation the soul is learning. One woman was having negative marriage and the soul is learning about on love and very specifically on the quality of forgiveness. One man fought with teacher. It is about divine will and also learning about speaking the truth. Everyone is doing sadhana. Some concentrate on activity and do not have understanding that they are searching for god or love. Even if they do not understand still they are doing sadhana. Whether you are rich or poor, negative or positive, housewife or working, every one is doing sadhana. We choose arts or any other work which is again doing sadhana.
Some quality we all master in our life. Some one in loan section of bank is learning on manifestation specifically how to help people to become successful by giving loans. God is like as my loving teacher calls as bramananda. Very few people can master God in single life time. It takes many life times to understand, experience and manifest love in all dimensions. Looking from soul level, every activity we do is learning on god or oneness or divine love. From personality level what we do etc is what matters.
Sadhana can be divided in some manner.
1. Activity 2. Quality 3. Understanding 4. Balance
Every one acts. Sri Krishna says it is difficult to stop acting. Action is karma yoga. We eat talk sing dance and even doing nothing is still an activity physically.
Quality - every activity we bring in is either positive or negative quality. Awareness, kindness, love, positvity, kindness etc comes with different quality comes. The Buddhist calls it paramis and the Indians call it as yama and niyama.
Understanding happens with every activity. Every activity makes us to refine on theory, principles, techiques, and technology on love. It is about love which is the another name for god we are learning. Success or failure, known or unknown does not really matter in the long run. It is all about love.
Balance - talking too much will create problems. Talking less will create problems. Eating too much will create problems or eating less will create problems. Any thing too much will lead to problems. Once we understand then we try to balance it. Our Customised Products
