God gives a point of growth in life. These are called as psychic challenge. These can be converted into spiritual challenge. One needs little insight and one can grow in zip speed using this problem.
There was a person who tortured his wife. I taught her meditation on loving kindness. She grew in spiritual strength.
There was a man who was struggling in business. I asked him do some remedial measure. He has now become successful but does not want to stop the daily practise
There was a man who drank a lot. I taught him the tantric way of drinking. He said that the tantric way of drinking is like putting sleeping pills. It has made mind so peaceful.
There was a girl who was finding it difficult to study. I taught her medha suktam. She chants it 5 times everyday and she has started studying very well.
Normal people go through cycle of fight, problem, abuse and retaliation and they do not grow using the problem.
The ground which we fall down should be used to get up. The same samsara which binds us should be used to lift the consciousness quotient.
There fore one can use day to day common problem to evolve. Then every situation and problem will be a point of growth in consciousness.
