It is very easy to measure spiritual progress. analyze these following questions

Are you losing interest in external world, are you more interested in spiritual world?
Are you becoming more silent and less talkative?
Do u help people spontaneously than thinking how to use others?
Are you more interested in loving than in objects?
Do u meditate longer?
Do you tell less lies?
Are you peaceful for no reasons?
Are your interaction with others is more positive, meaningful and purposeful?

If yes, then it shows progress in meditation
