I bow to the holy feet of the great guru To master the Virtues of loving kindness.
I bow down to the great milarepa master of kagyu lineage To master the metta sadhana,
I bow to my teacher kirtie and all teachers Who has helped me in spiritual life.
May I bow to great dakinis and yoginis Who practice these virtues naturally
May I seek blessing of every one’ Who have perfected this practice
May I seek blessing of any one Who is even trying to practice.
May my heart not be affected by people’s silliness May my heart be magnanimous.
May my heart not be affected by people’s selfishness May heart rely on selflessness.
May my heart not be affected by people’s ignorance May my heart be filled with divine and holistic view.
May my heart not be affected by people’s immaturity. May my action and words be mature with love,.
May my heart not be affected by people’s exploitation May my heart know to give more.
May my heart not be affected by people’s manipulation May I have wisdom to see the suppressed fear of people.
May my heart not be affected by other people’s misunderstanding May my understanding be broad as the sky deep as the ocean.
May my heart not be affected by other people’s unreasonableness May my heart be sympathize to there suffering .
May my heart not be affected by other people’s insensitiveness. May my heart be sensitive to there suffering of the 3 worlds.
May my heart not be affected by other people’s unforgiveness. May heart be eternally forgiving.
May my heart not be affected by people’s lower values. May I rely on holy dharma and words of holy one.
May my heart be affected by other people’s pettiness May my heart be ever giving.
May my heart not be affected by other people’s ego pride May I practice humility in there presence
May my heart not be affected by other people’s non-listening May I always find streaks of love in there action.
May my heart not be affected by other people’s negativity May my words action be positive in there words.
May my heart not be affected by other people’s conflict oriented approach. May I resolve conflicts peacefully holistically.

Lord god may heart be filled with faith in love Even though short term it is painful May I treat it as purification
