WORLD AND ONE GOVERNMENT

Humble
request
I
do not have huge media back up or support or nor very famous. I am
humble Indian astrologer whose resource in front of giant media is
limited. I got these visions during my meditation. Of course this
visions is far clearer than many so-called futurist who have massive
names. Some ideas will over lap and many will be truly out of box. I
request u to propagate this site www.sathyaprema.com
at least that way the vision becomes very clear for many people. I
believe that Internet can make huge differences in many people
lives.
The
vision of one holy messiah coming changing the world or one
community ruling the world or one country will control the world is
false. This will help many people to undo their limited ways of
thinking and open to life in positive manners.
If
one contemplates on the words of Oneness, integration, convergence,
global then you will easily see the vision and the theme which runs.
What I am saying is already in small scale. See your actions, your
neighborhood already the vision is moving, people whether they are
conscious or not. I am
not saying any thing new but same
theme in different context.
Introduction
We
are closely moving towards the one world. Of course there is one
side which is pessimist which feels that world will come to end due
to global warming, nuclear technology, terrorism and epidemics the
other group like futurist which guesses how the future will unfold.
Person like Alvin Toffler, john nasbit write on future. Some even go
the extent say the world is Turing flat.
We
as global is going through a time of change. People were nomadic
then they formed villages, which slowly gave rise to towns, then
slowly to cities then slowly to metropolis. For example my great
grand father lived in a village, his son my grand father moved to
near by town, his son my father moves into the city. This shift was
happening from one generation to another. Slowly it is jumping from
a country to a global arena. The same pattern of how village people
adjusted to town life, town people adjusted to city life and city
people adjusted to metropolis life. Now the metropolis people have
to adjust to a global life style. Take city like New York, many
people from different countries live there. It is the case in London
or in Tokyo. In one lifetime many people will get exposed or lived
in one or more countries. Now from country’s point of view we have
to think in terms of global point of view. Yes we are heading
towards one global economy. Many people think of it as
globalization. But what I am telling is one global economy.
This
is having impact in our society in terms of marriage, religion,
music food clothes, shelter, business economy etc. we have, to
change the mind set and which in turn will lead to tolerance of
differences. The following articles will tell u how these changes
will slowly take place.
The
dream of many kings like napoleon, Hitler etc to bring land into one
through use of force will come true with business and commerce. Of
course there will be still wars but more on business platform than
in the use of force.

look at it as 5 elements.
Age
of agriculture is earth element.
Age
of travel, which is by ships, is water element.
Then
the age of manufacturing is by fire element.
Then
the age of knowledge is by air element
This
will lead to age of ether, which is the age of oneness
Spiritual
reasons for looking at it.
Every
thing and every one wants to go back to the oneness. The plants
animals, trees etc wants to go back to oneness. If you see people
who are non-spiritual some of them would be propelled by the
instinct of wanting to unite. All sexual activity is just unity of
opposites.
If
you see first man united the global with travel for example Columbus
Huen Sang, Vasco Da Gama all traveled to different parts of the
world. The ships united the seafarers or sea. Then the air was
united with help of telephones, planes and rockets. We can
communicate to any part of the globe with few restrictions, travel
by air to any part of the world.
Then
there was unity of fire. Fire is visual and imagination. Of course
televisions, arts, cinema, computers, connects every one of us
visually. BBC, NEW, CNN etc connects us to different parts of the
world visually.
Then
there is unity of earth, which is slowly happening leading to one
economy and one world.
Unity
in ether element will lead to rise to global religion, which blends
the principles of many religions.
First
there will be globalization, and then there will be one economy
leading to one government and finally leading to oneness in
religion.
Future
economy –
Imagine
the world as a huge market place. Forget about India, china America
etc. The government controls the rules and roles. Imagine the world
as one free market. Forget about west or east. Any one can sell any
thing any were at any time. This will shake up many economies that
have used trade barriers and others subsidy restrictions to make
money. There will be
place to sell and people to buy. Many local markets will integrate
and will become global. Many people see it as globalization and
prosumers . They do not understand it is heading towards one big
global market. Each country slowly through GAAT agreement will open
up slowly and this will be like a warm up. In future many countries
will make free agreements like Europe, ASEAN etc. this uniting of
Europe as one market that has happened, then Asia will unite, as one
market. This will slowly lead to a global market. New structures in
management and hierarchy will happen.
Global
manufacturing.

In
short world will be united in commerce and business seamlessly

This
will be aggravated by travel, Internet and tele communications.

Product
life cycle will be shorter. Instead of year it will be like
movies for days.

Versions
will increase. Quicker version of product will be introduced.

Products
will be launched in all segments quickly. For example like Nokia.

Integration
of features all in one will be common.

End
to end solution provider will be in demand.

Manufacturing
will under go sea change, initially to low cost producer like
china and then to countries

Manufacturing
of low end products will go to third world and progressively
towards lower end and poorer country.

Distribution
will under go sea change where any one can buy any thing at any
time. 24 x7 will be common.

In Retailing, new formats will evolve. Wal-Mart formats
will give rise to new ways and new laws of retailing.

Imitation
of many products will be common.
-
China
will be slowly taken over by Africa. This will take another 200
years.

Piracy
will be easy for intellectual products.
-
There
will be strong differences of opinion for traditional product
between advanced country and third world.
-
Marketing
of product will be multidimensional approach in media.
-
Speed
of starting building and making it big will be very short like
that of Goggle.
-
Next
is that closing down and change will also increase in speed.
-
First
Asia will become rich and then South American countries will
become rich and finally Africa will be rich.

There
will be job losses and closure of small enterprises in the west
initially for next ten years.

There
will be also huge mammoth giants like sharks will eat up small
business fishes.

Integration
cost cutting will be the major themes.

There
will be global banking, tele communication, and entertainment
system in the world.
-
Each
country will specialize in few core areas.
-
The
core competency will be in knowledge based, agrarian in trading
or in agriculture.
-
Global
sports like football will be benchmark for other sports.
-
Many
countries will come into new level in sports.
-
Asian
domination in sports will increase.
-
Global
ad, global cinema , global fashion
and global food will be common
-
Imagine
idli made in Chennai will be eaten in Canada with in a day or
two.
-
Outsourcing
and tele consultation of medical ,astrology, management
,teaching , vastu and all intellectual pursuits
will be common.

Food,
clothes, bricks, and iron made in one place will be transported
and sold in other places within a day or two
-
The
supply chain will be efficient that buying product in bulk or in
retail will be very easy and seamless. Bto b or e to e dream
will come true with in next 15 years
-
Biggies
will survive and those connected with biggies will survive.

Medical
tablets will be outsourced from India.
-
Like
this tea, coffee, pepper, oil will be outsourced from third
world
-
The
west will produce less and less of essential items like food
clothes or shelter.
-
Many
countries in world will adapt to computer than for any
technology.
-
Employing
robots will be functional in the next fifty years.
The relationship between employer and
employee will under go change. In the earlier cycle you had models,
which were of hierarchy in nature. Old king and slave style. It will
be like-* I tell you what to, do it what I say, do as your are told
are over*. This is slowly giving way to a newer model. Earlier
employees gave time and energy; in turn employers gave them space,
information, resources, role and definition to bring in profit. This
has changed. See for example mukesh ambani says that he will give Rs
5 crores to guys and in return they will take 20% return on
investment. Effectively this means employers and employees
relationship role and attitude is blurring.
one of the main problem of employer was
that, he was supposed to keep profit for himself only the salary was
given. Slowly this will lead to providing employees bonuses. Now
increasingly people give ESOPs, profit sharing. This has even lead
to intrapreneurship where people can take the ideas from the
employees and the funding is given by employers itself. Now you have
VC funding, angel investing and all kinds of options available.
New
models in sharing profits which will lead to workers commitment and
stability will be there .may be sponsoring child education, the
company acting as a part time banks where instead of interest,
loyalty is got can be used.
Time of work - The model you pay I work
will slowly lead to part time workers . The cycle of workers, sorry
pro workers working in one organization for numbers of years that is
10 – 20 years is fast evaporating. It will be only one or two
years. This will become less and less. The speed of change will be
enormous.
Profit
sharing for a department for individual variable pay, employee
turning into consultant will be common. Profit and money has to be
shared more and more by the employers. Marketing people can demand
more in terms of commission and bonus. Resource will be given by
company and make it will be employees responsibility.
Flat structure- honeycomb structures,
nano structures that are small will be order of the day. Employees
will be put in task then once it over, it will dismantled. The idea
of permancy in structure will go. Structures of molecules will under
go fast change and by nature they are instable. In the same way
structures will be dismantled. Think hierarchy not as mountains but
as liquid and gaseous states.
Multiple pay – for example one work
one pay will go. Multiple works for multiple pay. For example a guy
can draw salary check from many department. A person can refer a
client and can make money in commission.
Intra pay – the employee can offer
service to other employers and still make money. This will lead to
question of compromise in his role as employee. There will come a
time when employee can provide canteen services, match making,
education for a fee from the person with out compromising on the
role which he is doing. These swapping of skills will go beyond the
formal roles.
Role changes- the age of waiting for
promotions to come is also over. For example very few people studied
MBA earlier, now a lot of people study MBA, part time e-education
sabbatical etc. so clamoring of post and titles will be a problem.
One-way is people create a lot of buffer titles with no real power
being used. Multi tasking, multiple roles, one man associated with
many department like kind of coordinator, normal people doing
marketing will be there.
Working without formal qualification-
Indians are known to be educated. Many people will learn on their
own. So if you ask guy he will have not a formal education but can
be good in soft ware skills. This mindset of hiring people only with
formal qualification has to go. If the guy is good in skills you
will hire.
Experimental learning- knowledge and
information will explode so much that employers who give continuous
training can up grade skills and knowledge. They will also allow
e- learning, learning on job will be a
easier version.
Homework – many people prefer to work
from home. Elderly people, pregnant mother, early child rearing
mother etc. this will become slowly a norm where many employees will
have the option of working from home or office. The connectivity
will be so much, imagine a BPO office allow workers to do the work
from home phone provided they can take calls.
Now the fixed pay is 80% of the salary
and variable pay is less than 20% . There is standard and normally
done in a routines manner of promotion and pay rise. Slowly will
lead to variable pay dominating more and more.
Workers from different country – we
are now proud to work In America. Some Americans are proud to know
Hindu culture. There will be more mixing of multi racial work
culture, which will be a norm than exceptions. A Lebanese, Chinese
and Indian can work together for a Japanese boss.
Managers will learn subject’s
etiquette manners and sensitivity of different cultures.
Companies without head quarters –
organization looks for head quarters because it is the head. Company
starts in one place and go on to make their presence many part of
the globe. They will
try to have universal policy procedure for greater harmony. Head
quarter will allow mini head quarter and the quarter with in quarter
will be normal.
Greater democracy to pro workers which
leads flexi work- for example the companies fixes the perks, holiday
time etc this is being slowly broken down where people will given
options hotels, how people want their time, money, and perks will
negotiated with HR.
Customized- the old way of loyalty for
working is changing to people leaving organization. Human resources
waste enormous amount of time, energy, and effort to sustain.
Workers can choose three months, six month or nine months periods of
work where pay and perks vary. Loyal people will be paid better.
Equal compensation in the world of disloyalty is useless.
Variable pay is only for top level of
management. This will slowly change where different parameters other
than profit like loyalty and skill can be deciding point.
Voting rights for workers- now it is
given only for food and choice of location. Slowly it will come to a
time were people will give to vote on company general direction and
policy. Voting through sms or mail or through video net will be
common.
HR will be more and more bifurcated.
Multi visioning- the company normally
hire consultant to give a vision, which is not believed by many
workers .a big vision for whole organization and small visions for
other departments to the whole. Secondly vision need not be based on
money but on specific attributes like that of skills, knowledge can
be given.
Dual process- cost cutting and
increasing profits , hiring and firing these are dual process when
one is done other is not done this
is not done in the dually . Paradoxically e-age companies will
recruit and fire.
Workers will not pay for training in
future. Employees will be given option and payment will given by the
employees to the company. This will be easy than they going and
learning. This will be carried on to optional areas
Dress code and protocol breakage will
lead casual styles or Saturday dressing in all sectors than in it.
Rise of female workers - generally
women in retire once they are married. More and more women will
workers will come in after their delivery and pregnancy.
Sharing knowledge and process in HR
will be quicker easier and fast.
Workers-
there are two types of worker skilled and unskilled. There will be
large-scale immigration of unskilled workers to different parts of
the world. Like for example Singapore now allows maidservant from
India Burma and Philippines. This will be major trend.
The
skilled workers initially be imported slowly they will be out
sourced. For example nurses, doctors lab technician engineers etc
will be allowed with visa to work in countries. Slowly there will be
companies, which will graduate from body shopping to out sourcing
models. Then finally the age of consultancy through tele services
like video conferencing, online payment, will facilitate such kind
of consultancy model.
Objects-
the model of making objects in another country where labor is cheap
and companies doing marketing will increase. This will slowly give
rise to regional powers. For example auto means major source will be
Tamilnadu and tea means srilanka.
The
old model of self-suffiency in all products will be over. Few
countries will specialize in some products.
Arise
of automation using robots and laser technology. There will be
automatic lasers, which will help in remote control of cars vehicles
like aero plane etc.
The
robots will be used in dangerous work, which will slowly give way to
using robots in military and menial jobs.
