MIND CONTROL

Many people think that their mind is in their control. As you meditate deeper, one will come to the understanding that our mind is connected with many minds. Do not take me wrong. So many people died in Haiti. As I was chanting in the night I was very restless. Suddenly I went into the astral realm. I saw many spirits who had left their body. They were confused and many of them were not aware they have left the body. They were howling in pain.
Same thing happened at the end of the srilanka war. There was a new black out and many tamilians were shot dead and were dying in the battle . Of course in the night it was horrible. The pain and their agony of dying was felt by me. May be it was my wild imagination.

Remember mind can be influenced by following
• Your ancestors - that is why we give tarpana. When they think of us we pick up there thoughts very fast. When one enters into deeper realms of the mind one realises that spirits world influences the mind. Many people have mood swing in amavasaya due to this.
