HOW TO GAIN PEACE OF MIND-

Some of the following steps can
be very helpful in gaining peace of mind.
1. thank god for every thing. u have
got food clothing shelter, facility car, bike house so many things
which 50-60% of population do not have. Just by thanking your mind
will go in fulfillment. It is ok if you do not believe in god. But
then think of nature.
2. Think of all positive contribution
of positive members. Wife cooks, children are well behaved, parents
brought u up with love like this so many different good quality they
have. So appreciate it.
3. Think how to make 5 people happy.
May be you want make your boss happy or customer happy. Just the
thought of giving up once owns happiness to make others happy will
stop the self obsession and selfishness. Immediately life will
become sweet.
4. Learn to control the mind flow.
Mind like to flow to negative, exaggerate small problems in to big,
what you focus it expands, goes round and round in circles. Break
the habit of wanting to be happy only by solving the problems.
Living this moment is beautiful. Just learn to use the will to
control the mind flow. This will give you far more peace then
wanting other people and external situation to change to satisfy you
need.
5. Learn to give up instead of getting
upset. If you do not get favorite coffee in the morning give it up.
You will become more peaceful. It is called as detachments. If you
do not find favorite shirt or your favorite plan does not happen,
then give up. You will become very peaceful.
6. Learn to pray
if u have difficulty. Chant pray or go to temple. Light lamp and
bless the problems. these kind of positive attitude will solve the
problem . Immobilizing, complaining and psychic puking will irritate
every one
