As a young man i was impressed by the books of Vincent Peale and napoleon hill on success formulas. There was a gap in what they told and what happened in many people’s life. I have found that people who worked hard, very sincere go up in life to an extent but they did not go very far. What is the reason I used to ask myself. Many times I could not make money like my millionaire friends.

I was channeling on money as I met the Jain college chairman. One meeting cleared so many doubts I had in my mind. I should thank Mr.Ramakrishna a good friend of mine who helped me to meet the chairman for a vastu consultation.

Any way this is formula for richness which I have found.

Number of people dependant on you – I know for sure that more people are dependant on a person the more he will succeed and make more money. One of the rich man asked me how to make money I told him that if five people are dependent on you god will give that much money. If 1000’s of people are dependent on you then god will give so much of money to take care of the 1000’s people. I know an NGO which easily feeds 1000’s of people at a time. The reason is god has given them somehow money and material to take care of the people. Take Aziz Premji how many people are dependent on him. So he is bound to succeed. If one gives employment to more number of people then there are more chances of him succeeding. I have seen so called owners doing downsizing. Usually they have lots of problems in the later point of time. One of the greatest problems of America is shipping the jobs.

More you give the more you receive – this is a formula which happens naturally for the rich men. I have seen many rich people. They are very generous towards people who help them. Of course this is debatable point. The number of institutions which gets benefited is large in number. Maybe they do not tell it. But then they do help a lot of people. For example in Jain college chairman’s case I found he helps people by giving water, medicine for pregnant women, and helps his relatives. Many rich people help their relatives. My friend Ranjit Singh’s father helps a whole lot of relatives who are dependent on his money. He gives money and never asks them back. I know another sardarji who helped all his relatives’ children to get married and have jobs. He is so wealthy that he has lands in middle of Guindy fly over. They help their friends and relatives hardly known to them. I have seen very stingy people making money and losing in bulk. Either they lose due to robbery or accident or extreme ill health.

They help in crucial transition time- they help during marriage, child birth, death etc. that is the reason why they become rich. jayalalitha gives money for number of marriages in a day will be huge compared to normal people. In fact people can conduct only one or two marriages in their life time. She will easily give so much of money for newlywed couple and child’s birth. That is why it will take many life times for common people to reach her level.

Many people eat due to them. I have seen many of the followers of M.G Ramachandran chief minister of the TamilNadu giving food. They feed in huge number. He only started the mid day meal for children which is consider as one of greatest revolution in Tamilnadu education system. A friend of mine who studied in that college said to me that it is like a house and even if he asks extra pappad they will give him . Feed people and that is the fastest way to become rich. Vidwan Lakshmanan who is a friend of MGR also used to feed people who came for astrology conference. No wonder he made so much of money.

So when money brings happiness to others it brings in more money. I have seen many rich men treat their wife with so much respect. Many people who have problems with money invariably treat their children and wife with so much of disrespect. Very coolly my friend said I do not wish my husband to be successful. He treats me so badly when he has money.

Birds of same feather flock together- forget all the richness theory. Remember if you want to be a millionaire then you should have millionaires as friends. If you want a billionaire then you should have billionaires as the friend

For example warren buffet has bill gates as his friend. Both are billionaires. This is a simple logic when you understand. Work hard and having honesty takes you to little place in life but to become very rich one should have friends who are billionaires.

I was amazed and checked many people’s life. Many people who became successful in pharma industry were friends. Therefore when someone asks me whether they will become rich, I simply find about their friends and tell them whether they will become rich or average.

The same logic can be applied for business. Successful business men will have successful business men as friends.

People who are in to business and when they have friends who are working for other, eventually they will change from being a business man to a working man. Many a times family members or relatives will become the role model or helper to become a business men. The great dhirubai ambani used to call it as orbit. If you want to go in to some level of orbit you should go there.
