Many people want to break habits like over eating or not doing
exercise or developing new habit they want to follow. They can
visualize or continue to sustain to break the habit unless they have
huge compulsion. The following steps
Asking for strength- lord god please forgive me for abusing my
gifts. Please help me to come in balance. I humbly seek your purify
and strength to over come this weakness
Offer 5 – 4 malas every day for breaking
the habit. Bless the negative habit to dissolve and positive
habit to come into force.
Appreciate every one who have any good quality or people who have
such a quality.
Become aware at the beginning and end of the habit. For example
become conscious as you get food craving. Try to distract yourself.
Once the visualization sets in it is easy to break the habit.
Negative visualization is due to negative karma. Hazy or fuzzy
visualization is due to negative karma. To break the habit due to
negative karma can be easily over come by this method.
