KALACHAKRA
By Indian Astrologer K.B.Gopalakrishnan

Time is defined as kalachakra. Time has certain qualities. The most important is that it is repetitive. Time moves in cycles. The great Nagarjuna, The Buddhist teacher and the Dean of Nalanada University-The centre of Indian learning, in his work the Moola Mandra Sutra asks the following questions:

Where does the past go?
It must have gone somewhere here. We do not know how to see.
Where does the future come from?
It must have come from somewhere here, but we do not see. Future and past are here and now. A wise man is a person who is able to pick up.

Another way to look at:  Example is the great Mahavira, who was challenged by his disciple to tell whether a plant would survive? he looks at it and says that it will survive and in front of his eyes it is destroyed. His first and foremost disciple (i have forgotten his name) destroys it. But then the plant survived due to strange circumstances. the disciple sees this and asks Mahavira how he could foretell. Mahavira says that he saw the energy and not the form as normal people were looking.
In the climax of Bhagavad Gita Teaching, Lord Krishna who due to his compassion rips open the veil of time and shows to the great Arjuna all that was going to happen . Lord Krishna rips open the veil of cosmic memory which Indian calls it Akshaic records.
